In paid search, we started by restructuring the account with a strong differentiation between branded and non-branded campaigns. By excluding branded keywords from non-branded campaigns, we targeted unaware users to expand Timeless’s customer base. The budget was strategically allocated between the two campaign types to prioritize new customer acquisition while maintaining solid performance across all channels.
We also implemented a portfolio bidding strategy for the branded search campaign to optimize cost efficiency by lowering cost per click while securing strong auction positions. Plus, recognizing Timeless’s frequent sales and promotions, we adjusted the strategy during these periods by boosting budgets and bids to maximize visibility, capture demand, and drive the highest revenue possible.
Further, we implemented a loyalty program in Google Merchant that highlighted exclusive shopping benefits within ads and empowered the client to boost conversions and foster long-term customer loyalty.
On Pinterest, where Timeless features plenty of creative product assets, we ran A/B tests to fine-tune visuals and audience targeting, making adjustments as we went. To boost engagement and drive more action on the platform, we also incorporated special promotions right into the ads that offered seasonal discounts.
At the same time, we engaged our design team to create fresh and eye-catching creatives. These creatives effectively communicated the core message of the promotions and made them both appealing to Pinterest users and compelling enough to prompt immediate purchases.
For Meta ads, we started by providing Timeless with custom recommendations to optimize their creative ad performance and offered clear guidance on key focus areas. Our design team then developed high-quality creatives that highlighted the brand’s core messaging and promotions.
