About the position:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Search) to join our team of marketing experts.
You will be responsible for managing the paid campaigns (search, display, shopping, video, etc.) and work with great international D2C eCommerce brands (mainly from the US).
Be prepared to work with large marketing budgets and dive deeper into the analytics/numbers as well (reports, data accuracy, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle performance marketing projects for international D2C eCommerce brands, primarily in the US market
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies aligned with clients’ business goals, profitability targets, and key performance metrics
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads) while maintaining full ownership of account performance
- Manage and optimize Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability
- Analyze campaign performance, attribution data, and customer acquisition trends to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable insights
- Monitor and achieve key account KPIs, including revenue growth, ROAS, CPA, MER, conversion rate, and other performance metrics
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, audience research, and competitive analysis to identify new scaling opportunities
- Develop and implement bidding, budget allocation, and account structure strategies to improve efficiency and drive profitable growth
- Conduct account audits, performance reviews, and optimization initiatives while ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, feed quality, and reporting across advertising platforms and analytics tools
- Communicate directly with clients, present performance insights, explain strategic recommendations, and build long-term trusted relationships
- Leverage AI tools, automation, scripts, and emerging platform features to improve campaign performance, streamline workflows, and uncover new growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaign strategies
- Experience working with performance-focused objectives and optimizing toward revenue growth, profitability, ROAS, CPA, and other business metrics
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing large advertising budgets and multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and feed-based advertising for eCommerce brands
- Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools such as GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar platforms is a strong plus
- Ability to develop testing hypotheses, evaluate results, and translate insights into actionable growth opportunities
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, experimentation, and continuous performance improvement
- Interest in AI tools, automation, scripts, and emerging marketing technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of spoken and written English
