About the position:

We are seeking a Paid Social Manager to join our team of performance marketing experts.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for leading international D2C eCommerce brands, primarily in the US market. You will work with substantial advertising budgets, analyze performance data, and drive measurable business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle paid social marketing projects for international D2C eCommerce brands, primarily in the US market
  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies aligned with clients’ business goals, profitability targets, and key performance metrics
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns while maintaining full ownership of account performance
  • Analyze creative performance, audience behavior, and testing results to identify scaling opportunities and improve acquisition efficiency
  • Monitor and achieve key account KPIs, including revenue growth, ROAS, CPA, MER, conversion rate, and other performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with designers and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, testing roadmaps, and creative briefs
  • Conduct account audits, performance reviews, and ongoing optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and unlock additional growth opportunities
  • Communicate directly with clients, present performance insights, explain strategic recommendations, and build long-term trusted relationships
  • Leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging platform features to improve campaign performance, streamline workflows, and identify new growth opportunities
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, reporting, and data integrity across assigned accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns
  • Experience optimizing toward business outcomes, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition goals
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets and multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and provide clear creative briefs, testing hypotheses, and performance feedback
  • Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools such as GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar platforms is a strong plus
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, experimentation, and continuous performance improvement
  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and emerging marketing technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset 
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of spoken and written English
